Today, the Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency (KPCVA) successfully continued the process of vacating properties in the north of Mitrovica, bringing the total to 36 vacated properties since the beginning of the process of returning properties to their legal owners in this part of the Republic of Kosovo.
In the frame of this process, the Executive Director of KPCVA, Mrs. Afërdita Beka Arifaj, handed over the keys for three additional properties, reinforcing the KPCVA’s commitment to the protection of the property rights of Kosovo citizens.
Director Beka Arifaj, during this symbolic act, emphasized the KPCVA’s ongoing commitment to returning properties in accordance with its mandate and assured citizens that the KPCVA will continue to fulfill its mandate.
“The KPCVA will remain strongly committed to protecting property rights and ensuring the return of properties to their rightful owners across all parts of Kosovo. We are dedicated to ensuring that every citizen receives what is rightfully theirs, with no obstacles hindering the process of property return,” said Mrs. Beka Arifaj.
This process is part of the KPCVA’s ongoing commitment to ensuring the property rights of the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
