The Director of the Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency, Mrs. Afërdita Beka Arifaj, met with the Mayor of North Mitrovica, Mr. Erden Atiq.
During the meeting, Mrs. Beka Arifaj briefed Mayor Atiq, on the Agency’s activities related to the process of restoring property possession to legitimate owners.
They also discussed the Municipality’s possibilities and capacities to provide the necessary support for housing humanitarian cases requiring immediate resolution.
Further, Mrs. Beka Arifaj, the Director of the Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency, emphasized the importance of close cooperation with municipal authorities to ensure the implementation of decisions and compliance with the citizens’ property rights.
Both heads of institutions committed to maintaining close communication and cooperation to ensure that citizens’ property rights are respected and that every case is handled with due diligence and in accordance with the law.
